Take, for example, the most expensive home on the market in San Francisco right now: 2724 Pacific Avenue, on sale for a cool $30 million. For that, in addition to many other things, you’ll get an expansive deck with an amazing city view.

Then there’s the Hyde Street penthouse (2390, to be specific), going for just less than $6 million. This has a roof deck with a hot tub, people. A hot tub and a view!
