Here’s the Scoop on SF’s Iconic AT&T Park
Baseball By The Bay could be a romanticized catch phrase found in a novel about a baseball-loving fan who lives in San Francisco. Because that is what we have: one of the most admired and picturesque baseball parks in the U.S.—at AT&T Park. Perched right on the eastern waterfront of SF where Mission Bay is cheek-by-jowl with South Beach, home runs here, when jacked over the south wall, actually splash down in the Bay and are snagged by kayakers and small boaters.
Of course this is home for the SF Giants, our own multiple World Series winning team, and the Park is also home to some of the best garlic fries in the world. So, with all the lore and celebration for our own city ballpark, sf.curbed.com put together a handy guide to everything AT&T and Giants that’s worth knowing in a one-stop article. Includes history, notable names, how to get there, where to sit, and where and what to eat, plus much more.
