This Weekend: Pop the Dream
If you’re looking for a masterful show that is destined to lead you to another plane, look no further. You’ve found Pop the Dream 2015, which takes place on Saturday, April 4 at Oracle Arena in Oakland.
The promotor Skills presents Pop the Dream, which features such acts as Steve Aoki, Chuckie, Feed Me, Gareth Emery, Nervo and Reid Stefan. This musical voyage also boasts an incredible 360-degree, full-color laser show to tickle your optical nerves and excite your imagination. And here’s the thing about a 360-degree rotating stage arena show: everyone in attendance gets to be closer to the performers on that stage, letting them feel the vibe and the fun of experiencing the music. The show is specially designed to project equally to all levels of seating, guaranteeing an amazing experience no matter where you find yourself.
Attendees aged 18 and over are welcome and doors are open from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. Keep in mind that everyone will be searched upon entry, so leave prohibited items such as eyedrops, spray paint, stickers, chairs and blankets at home or they’ll be taken from you at the door. That would be a bummer.
Prices for tickets to Pop the Dream range from $50 to $125 per person. The Oracle Arena is located at 7000 Coliseum Way right off of Interstate 880. If you’re thinking of taking public transportation, the BART station is right there – no parking worries! However you choose to get to the show, travel safely and have fun!
