This Weekend: St. Patrick’s Day Parade

The luck of the Irish can also be yours. San Francisco’s 163rd annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade takes place this Saturday, March 15 at 11:30 a.m. Located at San Francisco’s Civic Center Plaza, the show is the West Coast’s largest Irish event.

The parade will start at the corner of Market and Second Streets. Consisting of more than one hundred floats, dance troupes and marching bands, it will then make its way to Civic Center Plaza.

Margaret and Dan McAuliffe will be the grand marshals, and the theme is Tribute to the Irish Workers of America.

See you there!
